RedFest and The ACMs!

Published on April 03, 2014 by Jeff Foxworthy

When you go to a steakhouse it doesn’t matter how fancy the decor is or how good the baked potato and salad are—if the steak tastes like the southernmost end of Uncle Chuck’s work boots it ain’t going to be a good experience.

Just sitting here in the Atlanta snow and can’t help but think about how excited I am for RedFest. I am so fired up about the line up that we have put together for you. It has exceeded all of my expectations.

Jeff Foxworthy's "Happy Place"

Published on January 09, 2014 by Jeff Foxworthy

As I write this it is raining. Not a big deal right? As the song says, "rain is a good thing." Usually I would agree but it is going down to 24 degrees tonight. And that is crazy cold for Atlanta, Georgia. The really bad news is 24 is also supposed to be the high for tomorrow. 24 hours from now it is supposed to be six degrees. Six!!!!!!!!!! When it's six degrees hitchhikers just hold up pictures of thumbs!

A Festival, Meets a Flea Market, Meets a Fair

From hunting and fishing to flea markets and go karts, if it happens outdoors, RedFest is going to have it. As Jeff put it, we don’t want you bored in your seats all day— we want you out enjoying everything the outdoors has to offer with us! We’ll have archery lessons, tractor rides, go karts on the racetrack, and so much more.

Ain’t No Party Like a RedFest Party

Published on December 03, 2013 by Jeff Foxworthy

For a while I have been wanting to throw a big ‘ol party, but I wanted to throw one like nothing the South has ever seen before. I wanted to throw a party that would not only capture the spirit of the South but also celebrate everything we love about the outdoor lifestyle that so much of our lives revolve around.

Why The Name REDFEST?

Published on December 03, 2013 by Jeff Foxworthy

I know what y’all are thinking; that I’m calling this party RedFest because of the tie in with all the redneck jokes I have made over the years. It’s definitely true that I have had a lot of fun during my career making up redneck jokes, but what I wanted for this party is a celebration that would be for anyone and everyone that loves to get up off the couch, go outdoors and have a good time. So, in a way, I guess I am trying to pull out a piece of redneck spirit that lives in anyone that works or plays outdoors. That should cover a lot of folks, and I want you all to feel welcome to join in the RedFest fun.
